"I highly recommend Hari Yoga to anyone, anytime. I have nothing but positive thoughts about him and his classes. There are so many great things, I don't know where to start. First of all, the individual attention he gives is awesome. I have done yoga before at other places, but never got into it because I didn't get the one on one attention that I wanted and needed. He definitely pushes each individual and is there to guide and assist. I have never been able to touch my toes while in standing or sitting position and we recently accomplished that which felt great. I also feel I am a very active and athletic person. I like to run, so find when I do this my body tenses up and get's sore. It especially feels great going to Hari Yoga before or after I run or do a sporting activity. I most recently ran about 5-6 miles and went surfing in the same day and my body was incredibly sore. I went to yoga the next day, and we focused on my arms and legs, and I felt 100% better! After every single class I feel so enlightened and refreshed. I feel like I can run a marathon or go win a soccer game, and be unstoppable! So, everyone should take classes with Hari Yoga.
